Unleash your inner explorer with Proteus, a game that cuts out all distractions and leaves you free to roam.
Proteus randomly generates an island for you to explore each time a new game is started. There are no enemies or set objectives unlike Minecraft and other games. The player is dropped a short distance off the island and left to explore and see what is on the island.
Every object generates its own sound ranging from rustling leaves to whistling frogs. The seasons change and brings new sights with them. Just be sure when you're ready to quit- that world is gone forever when you do.
